中文摘要 | 以往利用化學分析方法分析梨化學組成,常用來評估梨品質,但是費時且容易造成環境污染。本研究研發之手提式近紅外線分光光度計包括光纖探針、二極體陳列式光譜儀(範圍950-1650nm)及手提電腦等設備,可應用於快速偵測梨酸度含量。經由一階差分轉換處理後之光譜,再利用部分最小平方法分析,分析結果顯示,利用8個因子之部分最小平方法所建立之梨酸度校正線,交叉驗證之判定係數(r2cv)為0.801,交叉驗證標準偏差(SECV)為0.015(g/100g)。 |
英文摘要 | Measuring the chemical compositions of pear by wet chemical methods was commonly used for evaluating the eating quality of pear, but they are time-consuming, and polluting. A portable near-infrared reflectance spectroscopy system, which includes an optical fiber probe, a diode array spectrophotometer, ranging from 950 nm to 1650 nm, together with a portable computer, were developed to calibrate acid content in pear for a quick evaluation of pear quality. With first derivative pretreatment of each original absorbance spectrum and then analyses by partial least-squares regression, the calibration curve of acid contents can be obtained by employing 8 principal-component PLSR model had r-squared of cross validation and standard error of cross validation (SECV) 0.801, 0.015 (g/100g), respectively. |
