中文摘要 | 將體育運動總會林口及左營訓練中心,運動防護室長期培訓技擊項目選手運動傷 害資料自1992年6月起,到1995年10月,依其性別、年齡、每次就醫受傷部位與受傷數 量、好發部位等,予以歸納整理。在柔道方面;男選手發生肌肉肌腱拉傷的機會佔所有傷害 的30.7%,女選手佔21.3%,男選手略高。此外,發生韌帶扭傷機會在男選手佔52.7%,女 選手佔48.5%,是發生機率最高的一項運動傷害。男、女選手發生運動傷害部位多集中在下 肢部,男性是47.3%,女性為52.8%約佔一半。其次是上肢部及軀幹部。但大體而言,男女 選手發生此兩種傷害的機會及部位並無顯著差異。在空手道方面,男選手發生韌帶扭傷的機 會佔所有傷害的33%,女選手佔24%,男選手略高。此外,發生肌肉肌腱拉傷機會在男選 手佔17%,女選手佔36%,是女選手發生機率最高的一項運動傷害。此外,空手道男選手 挫傷發生的機率也緊隨前兩項之後,此三項總和約佔有傷害比例約九成。空手道男、女選手 發生運動傷害部位明顯多集中在下肢部,男性為52.4%,女性為51.7%,且踝部與足部發生 傷害機會多於膝部。其次,運動傷害好發位置在男性方面為上肢部,發生機率為30.5%,女 性為軀幹部,發生機率為34.5%,最後是男性軀幹部為17.1%,女性上肢部為12.1%。但大 體而言,男女選手發生傷害的機會及部位具有顯著差異。在跆拳道方面;男選手發生韌帶扭 傷的機會佔所有傷害的31.5%,女選手佔38%,是發生機率最高的一項運動傷害。此外, 挫傷發生的機率也緊隨在前兩項之後,男選手發生的機會是28.9%,女選手則是23.3%,前 兩項總和共佔所有傷害比例九成。男女選手發生運動傷害部份明顯多集中在下肢部,男性為 78.7%,女性為76.7%。膝與踝關節受傷的機會幾乎相等。 本研究所得資料,若再按照臨床上之診斷歸類,則發現柔道、空手道與跆拳道雖然主要 的運動傷害不同,但次要及第三運動傷害之間的相似性較高,柔道、空手道二者皆有軀幹部 位,尤其是腰部疼痛的困擾,至於踝部韌帶扭傷則普遍出現在本研究的三項技擊項目之選手, 此外,本研究資料偏向技擊項目訓練期間之受傷記錄,故其結果與以往國內研究有別。由本 結果得知,不同的技擊運動中,各種運動的好發部位、機制與時機,期能對我國技擊項目實 施教育訓練、運動傷害防護工作時能有棉薄助益。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we analyzed the records of martial art (judo, karate, taekwondo) athletes, who were treated for acute sports injuries in Sport Federation R. O. C. during the years from june 1992 to Oct., 1995. We examined where there was a trend in their sports injuries in this time period. The most serious injuries across the three years were found in male karate athletes, followed by female judo and taekwondo. The major parts of injuries for judo (male 47.3% ; female 52.8%) , karate (male 52.4% ; female 51.7%), taekwondo(male 78.7%; female 76.7%)were at the lower extremities. But the dominant sites were different. The ratio of judo and taekwondo at male and female athletes within age groups did not differ significantly across the years, but karate did. For the judo, injuried sites occur most likely at the knee joint, followed by the upper extremities and truck Sprains(male 52.7% ; femaie 48.5%) and strain (male 30.7% ; female 21.3%)were the major types of injury. For the karate, injuried sites occur most likely at the ankle joint, followed by the upper extremities for men and the trunk for wemen. Sprains (male 33% ; femaie 24%) , strain (male 17% , female 36%) , contusion and pain syndrome, were the major four types of injury. For the taekwondo, the chances for injury in the knee and ankle joint were almost the same. Sprains (male 31.5% , female 28.7%) , strain (male 29.4% ; female 38%) , contusion (male 28.9% ; female 23.3%) were the major three types of injury. We tried to find the mechanisms and timing of injuries. Beside these analysis as records and the consistency in results can be used to guide the development of prevention programs aimed at a reduction of injuries in specific sports and help coaches to maintain stability of athletes which got injury. |
