中文摘要 | 本研究的目的在了解國小教師的運動行為現況,並探討運動行為與個人 背景因素及知覺因素之間的關係。以台北市國小教師433人為研究對象,研究工 具為運動行為問卷、運動健康信念量表、運動社會支持量表和運動自我效能量 表。所得資料以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、獨立樣本單因子變異數分析、皮 爾森積差相關和多元逐步回歸等統計方法進行分析。本研究所得結果如下: 一、有規律運動行為的教師占27.5。二、教師的規律運動行為在性別、年齡及職 務的百分比差異達到顯著水準。三、運動自我效能、行動線索和朋友支持三個變 項對運動參與程度的預測力達24.4。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were to investigate the current exercise behavior of theelementary school teachers, and to explore its relationship with demographic characteristicsand perceptions of exercise. The subjects used in this study were 433 elementary schoolteachers of Taipei City. The instruments administered to the subjects were F-xerciseQuestionnaire, Exercise Health Belief Inventory, Exercise Social Support Inventory andExercise Self-Efficacy Inventory. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics,chi-square, t-test (independent), one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, andmultiple stepwise regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows : 1.There was 27.5 teachers who had regular exercise habit. 2.There was significant difference of percent in regular exercise habit among teacher's sex,age and job position. 3.Perceived barriers of exercise and cues to action were both negatively correlated with thedegree of exercise participation. Perceived social support of exercise from friends andperceived self-efficacy of exercise were both positively correlated with the degree of exerciseparticipation. Perceived self-efficacy of exercise, cues to action and perceived social supportof exercise from friends significantly predicted the exercise participation. |
