中文摘要 | 本文以推展校園體適能活動為主題,先對體適能做名詞的解釋及定義,再說明體 適能與健康的關係、體適能與體重控制的關係,並介紹增進體適能及正確體重控制的運動方 法,最後並從學生、教職員及社區推廣的三方面,提供增進校園體適能活動策略的建議。 此外, 本文希望藉由解釋並轉達教育部推行『提昇學生體適能中程計畫( 333 計劃)』的 美意,達成宣導及推廣的目標,讓更多人了解健康體適能的意義以及重要性,並能從正確且 有效的方法達到促進健康體適能、增進健康並提昇生活品質的目的。 |
英文摘要 | The subject of this article is the promotion of the physical fitness activities on campus, referring to the definition of physical fitness, the physical fitness' relationship with health and weight-control, the correct methods of improving physical fitness and controlling weight by exercising, and the strategies for improving the physical fitness with respect to students' school teachers and staff, and community people. Meanwhile, this article will explain "the student physical fitness mid-term project" of the Educational Ministry in order to advertise its essential spirit and make people pay more attention to the meaning and importance of the physical fitness. Hopefully, people will thus learn how to use more accurate and effective ways to improve personal physical fitness and pursue higher living standard. |
