中文摘要 | 使用一紅外線溫度計和一亮度計,用於量測在可控制爐溫的燃燒爐內之稻殼表面 溫度與亮度,分析其燃燒過程中的著火溫度,試驗是在三種不同的顆粒大小、物料重量、 含水率,和五種設定的爐溫下燃燒,以便探討顆粒大小、樣本數量、含水率和爐溫對稻殼 著火溫度的影響。 試驗顯示出,稻殼在火爐中亮度的變化,著火的機制明顯的應是同相著火,因為有火 光產生。由於稻殼含有大量揮發性物質,燃燒發生時會造成瞬間著火,因此在發生著火的 瞬間,顆粒亮度會突然升高,而亮度的變化為本研究判定著火的基準。故著火的發生是藉 由亮度的梯度來判定的。 著火試驗結果,稻殼著火溫度為:(1)顆粒大小在網目8時,重量2∼3公克,為485-700 ℃。(2)顆粒大小在網目28時,重量2∼3公克,為535-725℃之間。(3)顆粒大小在網目48時 ,重量2∼3公克,為485-723℃之間。著火溫度隨爐溫和含水率的增加而升高,但隨顆粒大 小變大而降低。 |
英文摘要 | The ignition temperature of rice husk during combustion was characterized by measuring particle temperature and luminosity in a temperature controlled furnace in association with an infrared pyrometer and a luminance meter. Experiments were performed by burning a batch of rice husk at three levels of particle sizes, sample weight, and moisture contents, as well as at five levels of furnace temperature to investigate the influence of particle size, temperature sample weight, moisture content, and furnace temperature on ignition behavior. Luminosity of experimental results indicated that the ignition mechanism of rice husk should be homogenous apparently since the occurrence of the flash of light. Since rice husk with high volatile content resulted in spontaneous ignition, particle luminosity would rise sharply at the moment of ignition. Criterion of ignition occurrence was determined by the variation of luminosity in this study. Experimental results showed that ignition temperature was in the range of 485-700℃, 535-725℃, 485-723℃ for particle size at mesh 8, 28, 48 respectively as sample weight to be 2.0-3.0 grams. Generally, ignition temperature increased with increase of furnace setting temperature and moisture content as well as decrease of particle size. |
