中文摘要 | 本論文乃使用二異氰酸鹽(MDI)與三種不同的芳香族二酸酐(PMDA、BTDA、DSDA) 以及自行合成具有側鏈雜環的苯醚二胺單體,以不同之莫耳比例,經由共聚合反應合成出具 有側鏈雜環的芳香族聚尿素--醯亞胺共聚合體。而具側鏈雜環之苯醚二胺單體係先以酚�妡P 對--氯硝基苯在碳酸鉀的存在下進行親核性置換反應以合成出具側鏈雜環之苯醚二硝基後 ,再加以氫化還原而得。所合成出之共聚合體其固有黏度在0.81-1.08dL/g之間。所合成出 之共聚合體均呈現非晶態,且可溶於各種極性溶劑中,如NMP、DMI、DMAC、DMSO、 DMF、間--甲酚與環丁�撋扑遝砥C此外,所合成出之共聚合體其玻璃轉移溫度概介於205- 240℃之間。在氮氣下的10%重量損失溫度為326-352℃,而在空氣中則介於324-350℃ 之間。其薄膜之抗張強度、斷裂伸長率及初始模數分別為42-79MPa、5-16%及1.23-2.02 GPa之間。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, the polyurea-imide copolymers were synthesized with different molar ratio from 4,4'-diphenylmenthane diisocyanate (MDI), three types of aromatic dianhydride (PMDA, BTDA and DSDA) and aryl ether diamine. the aryl ether diamine was derived by a nucleophilic substitution of phenolphthalein with p-chloronitrobenzene in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate to form an aryl ether dinitro group, and then be hydrogenated to diamine. The inherent viscosity of these copolymers is in the range of 0.81-1.08 dL/g. All of these copolymers are amorphous, and readily soluble in various polar solvents such as NMP, DMI, DMAC, DMSO, DMF, m-cresol and sulfolane etc.. From the thermal analysis, the glass transition temperature of these copolymers are in the range of 205-240 ℃, and the 10% weight loss temperatures exhibit in a range of 326-352 ℃ in the nitrogen and 324-350 ℃ in the air. The tensile strength, elongation at break and initial modulus of these copolymer films are in the range of 42-79 MPa, 5-16%, and 1.23-2.02 GPa, respectively. |
