中文摘要 | 在此研究中,將對二次元結構多值域系統的問題提出一新的解決方法,可提供設計者多種結構外型作為選擇。在結構設計上,常先設計出一個概念結構的外型,再針對此外型做精確尺寸及形狀設計。但此過程中,易受到設計者的個人知識、經驗及思路影響,而不易尋找出整體最佳的設計。因此本研究提出一個結構形狀最佳化設計系統,只需設定材料存在的空間、負荷狀況與邊界條件,系統將會自動產生數個最佳的概念結構外型。 系統結合族群概念的基因演算法、自適應共振理論及有限元素法來解決二次元結構受靜態負荷下之結構形狀最佳化問題,最終目標設定為尋找數個省材質與應力分布均勻的結構外型。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a new method of topologic optimization of two-dimensional structure is proposed to provide the structure designer with multiple choices of configurations of the structure. Traditionally we always have to decide the configuration of structure according to our knowledge and experiences first and the procedure to determine the accurate dimension of the structure is proceeded for the final design. However the final result is greatly affected by the designer's knowledge and experiences. It's difficult to find out the global optimum design for the complex problem. Therefore we proposed an algorithm for optimum shape of the structure that we only need to specify a feasible region of the structure, the applied loads, and the support locations, then a couple of optimal conceptual shapes of the structure can be generated by this system automatically. The system combines the niche-based genetic algorithms with adaptive resonance theory and finite element method to solve the problem oftopological optimization of two-dimensional structure subjected to static loading. The final objective is to search for several configurations of the structure with minimum volume and best distribution of stress. |
