中文摘要 | 鑒於環境分析成本偏高,朝陽科技大學環境技術服務中心乃應待檢驗業者所需,以研發快速、廢液減量及具有相當信賴度的水質分析方法為現階段工作主要目標。本研究探討一種新的化學需氧量測定程序,本程序可以控制測定之敏感度,並避免因消化液中之膠體顆粒對分光光度計(spectrophotometer)測定所造成的干擾,本方法為徵量密閉迴流法(micro-reflux),並使用滴定法建立檢量線。本研究探討原理並進行實驗評估,研究結果顯示新的測定法與標準方法比較,有相同或較佳的複現性,其變異係數介於0.3-1.0%,而標準方法為0.2-1.3%。新的測定法因可使用高複現性的自動吸管(autopipet),可顯著節省添加樣品及試劑所需時間,對於日常必須檢驗大量COD樣品之商業實驗室,可大量節省成本及減少實驗廢液,值得推廣。 |
英文摘要 | In realizing the needs for less costly analytical methods, the Environmental Technical Service Center (ETSC) at Chaoyang University was commissioned to develop wastewater analysis methods with faster determination, less waste generation, and equivalent reliability for commercial applications. This paper presents a new approach and procedure for COD determination in which the sensitivity can be controlled and colloidal interference to spectrophotometric measurement can be avoided. The method is a micro-reflux method and uses a titration procedure in conjunction with a calibration curve, which is established using standard solutions. The theoretical basis for the new method and the results of experimental studies are also presented. The new method has an equal or better reproducibility with the variation coefficient in the range of 0.3-1.0% as compared to 0.2-1.3% for Standard Method. The method is considerably much faster than Standard Method 5220C by using a reproducible autopipet for addition of samples and reagent. This is especially advantageous to commercial laboratories for a large number of analyses on aroutine basis. |
