中文摘要 | 國內之各項重大工程建設系統之繁雜,在傳統管理上常常遇到困難,以準水式核能 電廠為例,電廠設備多,施工期間干擾在所難免,但如核二廠干擾之數量卻出乎意蛉之多, 為配管工程大小及管路支架,兩部機組共有23717件干擾事件〔1〕。現場修改及圖面改正花 費了大量人力,因此如何有效地執行管理是當務之急。 一件重大工程建設之系統繁複,若以傳統之料單(BOM)由下而上之管理手法是需 要龐大的資料庫以應付管理階層之要求。倘能應用「型態管理」模式〔2〕,先選定「型態項 目」,則可減少管控項目並能有效地執行「介面管理」。本研究為以核電廠為例,採用專家問 卷在獲致資料後,再利用模糊理論分析以獲至其結果:型態項目之選定。 |
英文摘要 | The system of every major engineering construction is very complicated and it is difficult to manage in traditional way. There are many interferences in constructing Boiling Nuclear Power Plant, 23717 events had been conurred [1] in piping and structure stands construction. It is very important to have an efficient management system apply on this topic. In a major construction, we need a large database to with the top management if we use the bill of material (BOM). The implementation of Configuration management [2] and selecting Configuration Items will reduced the control items and execute Interface Management efficiently. The study takes Nuclear Power Plant as an example, expert questionnaire and Fuzzy Theorem are adopted to achieve the results: Configuration Items. |
