| 中文摘要 | 由於鈦基鍍層(Ti-based Hard Coatings)具有高硬度、低摩擦係數、耐腐蝕與黏著性佳等優點,故廣泛應用於切削刀具。本研究主要目的是探討不同的TiN/TiCN被膜層數與切削條件,對車削JIS SUS 304不銹鋼時切削力與刀具壽命之影響。 實驗結果顯示,三種不同的被膜處理車削刀具,在不同加工條件之下,以TiN-表面多層被膜處理車刀之切削力與刀具壽命結果最好。同時由實驗結果得知,車削JIS SUS 304 不銹鋼時,其加工條件仍然以低進給速率 (0.085mm/rev)與低轉速(65rpm)的切削條件為最佳。 |
| 英文摘要 | Ti-based hard coating are used extensively in cutting tools because they have high hardness, low coefficients, of friction, corrosion resistance, and high adhesion strength. The purposes of this paper were to investigate and compare the effects of the different TiN/TiCN coating layers and cutting conditions on cutting force response and tool life of these coated cutters in the cutting of JIS SUS 304 stainless steel. The experimental results indicated that the TiN-surface multilayer coated cutters have the best performance among these coated cutters under different cutting conditions. Furthermore, the low feed rate and low spindle speed are the best cutting conditions still for the cutting of JIS SUS 304 stainless steel. |
