中文摘要 | 本文為同時解決結構振動與結構最佳設計的問題,而提出一種兩階層式的最佳化 方法:在主階層裡,以非線性規畫法在滿足位移、加速及應力限制條件下,將結構設計參數 (如結構幾何參數、樑結構件的斷面慣性矩或板結構之厚度),主動控制參數(控制性能指 標中之結構振動能量與控制力之加權比例)為設計變數,同時考慮結構與控制系統成本及最 佳控制性能指標等目標之最適化;在求取設計參數過程中,以搜尋點的設計與控制參數值, 連接次階層,利用線性二次高斯( Linear Quadratic Guassian,LQC )最佳控制模型求得 最佳控制力,以得合理的結構狀態向量。 本文以一平板結構振動問題為說明例及船艛甲板結構振動問題作為應用例。在考慮不同的結 構與控制性能指標權重之情況下,比較( 1 )主動控制, ( 2 )結構最佳化,及( 3 ) 兩者之同時最佳化,三種方法對動態反應的改善。結果可顯示同時最佳化的優點。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we propose a two-level optimization method for structural design and vibration control to reduce the cost and vibration level simultaneously. In the main level, we use the nonlinear programming to search the optimum design parameters of structural members and the control system, in order to minimize the cost of structure and control device as well as the performance index, and to satisfy the constraints for displacement, acceleration and stress levels. In the sub-level, we use the Linear Quadratic Gaussian model to find the optimal control force. We select the vibration problem of a square plate and a deck structure of a built 80000 dwt bulk carrier as study cases, to investigate the improvement of the dynamic response and cost of structures by three different methods, which are: active control, structural optimization and simultaneous optimization. |
