中文摘要 | 本文旨在利用衝擊實驗,針對三種面村積層 MAM,MCM,MRM(M:Mat;C: Carbon; A:Aramid;R:Glass Roving )和兩種不同密度的心材所組合成的六種夾心材料 ,探討其在圓球形撞擊物低速衝擊下,其衝擊反應與破壞。並以能量的觀點來探討夾心材料 的的耐衝能力。實驗結果發現,所選用的六種材料,在未達到破壞之前,面材及邊界條件對 衝擊力影響不大,而心材的密度則有明顯的影響。撞擊點下方因衝擊能量的不同而有不同程 度的破壞,大抵皆屬於局部破壞。衝擊能量較低時,夾心材在撞擊處會發生面材的脫層及樹 脂破壞。而當能量較高時,面材發生剪斷及拉斷破壞,並伴隨心材壓潰破壞。整體而言,心 材密度較大的夾心材,其耐衝能力較佳。 |
英文摘要 | The impact behavior of six kinds of composite sandwich panels made of various fabric-laminate and ocre densities subjected to a spherical impactor is investigated. Three different laminates MAM, MCM, MRM and two different density foam core are considered. The experimental results show that the impact behavior is almost controlled by core material. The facesheets and boundary conditions have little effects on impact force histories of sandwich panels when impact energy is low. With the increase of impact energy, fracture occur locally right beneath the impact point. Generally, the higher the core density, the better the impact resistance. |
