英文摘要 | In this paper, we compared the outcomes of various efficient consumer responses (ECR) which have implemented in businesses. The key factors, which are required to achieve a successfully implementing the ECR for the grocery industry, are explored to provide specific referees of management decision-making for other industries. The results show that a superior achievement of ECR needs the members to share their information and communicate mutually. In the meanwhile, the successful implementation mainly depends on building up the trust relationship among businesses of the supply chain members and accomplishing the up-down stream integration between the suppliers and retailers. |
