中文摘要 | 本文旨在探討彈性紗(spandex)/棉針織物在抗張循環應力下的變形行為,用以評估彈性織物的使用性能。由實驗結果發現,彈性/棉針織物隨著抗張循環拉伸次數的增加,其應力-伸度曲線逐漸趨向應力軸;又時間-伸度曲線則呈現對數函數模式。而漂白劑的處理確實對彈性紗/棉針織物變形行為產生變化,經藥劑漂白後,織物的彈性回復量減少;而塑性變形量增加,其中,又以次氯酸鈉漂白劑最為顯著,且其最易產生蠕變現象。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is mainly to evaluate the tensile-cycling deformation behaviors and elastic power property of spandex/cotton knitted fabric. The experiment reveals that knitted fabric underwent tensile-cycling. The stress-elongation curves will gradually move towards the stress axis; time and elongation values showed a logarithmic model relationship. The knitted fabric with varying bleaching agents has different elastic and plastic deformations, but no significant difference was noted in their viscoelastic deformations. The knitted fabric with sodium hypochlorite agents had the highest plastic deformation, lowest elastic deformation, and easy creeping. |
