中文摘要 | 教育部研擬的「小班教學精神計畫」於八十七學年度開始實施,其意旨在於發揮「多元化、個別化及適性化」的教學精神,以滿足學生個別學習需求。本文首先從教育發展史的角度來探討小班教學精神的緣起,進而分析小班教學精神中所穩藏的理論基礎,並以臺北市立師院實小五位參與小班教學精神研究的老師為例,檢視小班教學精神落實於現場教學時可能運用的模式。教師是教學過程中的靈魂人物,新的教育理念之落實除了有賴基層教師的實踐,如何能取得學校行政與學生家長的全面配合,將是讓希望工程早日實現的關鍵。 |
英文摘要 | Recently, education in Taiwan has gone through a big change. One of the school reforms that have been implemented is "the spirit of teaching in small classed," advocated by the Ministry of Education in Taiwan since 1998. "The spirit of teaching in small classed" points out that it is essential for teachers to take into account individual differences among students. It is believed that students come to school with varied potential. The purpose of the education is to cultivate individuality and to help students fully develop their potential. This paper discusses the concept of "the spirit of teaching in small classes" through the historical context, and examines the theories behind this school reform. Moreover, the implementation of "the spirit of teaching in small classes" is discussed, drawing on the experience of the five teachers in the Experimental Elementary School of Taipei Municipal Teachers College. School reform depends on what teachers do and think. In addition, the cooperation among teachers, school administrators, and parents is the key to lead to the success of educational change. |
