中文摘要 | 配電系統隨著負載快速成長而日趨複雜,導致運轉效率降低、總成本提高,且供電品質惡化。配電工程帥必須藉助一些新的方法和技術來解決上述的問題,以提高運轉效率及改善供電品質。在配電系統中,並聯電容器常被用來改善饋線上的壓降問題、減少饋線之電力損失,以及改善系統運轉時的功率因數。 本文提出一種改良型動態規劃法,來求解配電系統電容器配置的最佳化問題,使系統在安全運轉的條件下,找出最佳的電容器安裝位置及其容量,來降低系統運轉的成本。所欲最佳化的目標函數包含饋線實功率損失及裝置電容器成本等。考慮的限制條件包括電容器容量不連續的實際狀況,電壓限制在一定範圍。最後以一簡單的配電系統用所提方法來模擬虛功率補償,以驗證本文所提方法之有效。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the rapid load growth, the distribution system becomes more complicated. The system operation efficiency and service quality is reduced dramatically in the recent years. Distribution engineers have to apply some new methods and technologies to solve the above problem. The capacitor compensation is the one that has been most commonly used among the various technologies. This research presents an improved method of dynamic programming to solve the optimal shunt capacitor allocation problem. The optimal capacitor sizes and locations to be installed in a radial distribution feeder is determined by the propose method. The peak power and energy losses are also reduce while minimizing the costs of investment and installation of capacitor banks subject to the constraints of discrete capacitor sizes and bus voltage limits. The proposed method has been applied in distribution system feeder. And the simulation results show that the proposed method is effective. |
