英文摘要 | Softness is helpful to promote the adaptation ability of our bodies, however, its importance is always being ignored. Softness is an important part of adaptation, there are lots of methods to improve it, and my suggestion is it shall start from childhood. Let children understand what is softness, how to make self-measurement, selfsupervising and even write sport prescription. Learning how to manage the improvement project, which is taken as one part of fitness development. In our life, we can be benefited from the improvement of softness, and reduce muscle aching and injury, preventing back aching and muscle tension as well as the correction of body gesture, improve work efficiency and sport competition results, etc.. Besides, it only takes you several minutes to do the extension sport, which is really worthy for everyone to take a try. |
