中文摘要 | 腦部是人體中最重要的器官之一,內部充滿了神經、血管及軟體組織,手術中極易 受到破壞性傷害。所以如何能以最不傷害腦內組織為前題下完成精密的腦部外科手術成為目 前最為重要的課題之一,也是本論文所研究的主要目標。此次研究著重於發展新辨識原理配 合電腦輔助系統來幫助手術的完成。 在本論文鬥我們提出新的腦瘤粹取方法,首先針對一些腦部MRI影像做一些基本的強化 功能(如:去除雜訊、均化等)。以助於腦瘤病灶的粹取與辨識,再用灰階值之比例差異,分 別利用腦瘤之對稱性原理和與正常腦之比對,得到最後粹取出的腦瘤平面圖。而其主要目地 是在於以電腦軟體輔助醫生更精確的辨出瘤的病灶所在置。 經實例測試後腦瘤粹取出的範圍,其誤差值均在可接受範圍,這個實驗結果是相當 另人滿意的。同時我們建立了一套具有人機界面的醫學影像處理與腦瘤位置辨識系統。 |
英文摘要 | t the brain is one of the most important organs in human, there are full of neuros, blood vessels, and soft tissues inside. Because the brain is much easy to get ruinous injury in operation, it becomes very important to finish the precision brain surgical operation without harming the brain organizations. Besides, it is also the goal we are pursuing in this paper. Consequently, to develop new detection algorithm and computer aided system to finish the surgical operation is the focus point in this study. In the paper are proposed three new brain tumor detecting methods. They are region gray value comparison method, symmetric comparison method and second comparison method. Before the surgical operation, we enhance the brain magnetic resonance images (MRI) for brain tumor detection. We utilize the ratio difference of gray value and the symmetry of brain organ and the comparison with normal brain to get the brain tumor region. And, a computer aided system can be used to help the doctor precisely detecting the lesion location of the tumor. After the experiments, the error value of the detected brain tumor range is acceptable. The results are satisfying. Moreover, a medical image processing and brain tumor location detecting system is developed with human machine interface. |
