中文摘要 | 由於不�袗�具有韌性高、耐腐蝕、高強度與延性好等特性,故廣泛應用於化工、 食品加工設備及需耐腐蝕性強的機械零件上。同時在高溫情況下,極壓切削液(含有硫、氯 、磷)可改善切削之潤滑性及黏著現象,使工件表面光滑,有助於刀具壽命的延長。但在考 慮其安全性、穩定性、價格及來源取得容易與否等條件下,本實驗採用氯化鈉為切削液之添 加元素。此外,本實驗主要目的在探討不同氯化鈉濃度切削液與鑽削條件,對鑽削 JIS SUS 304 不�袗�時鑽腹磨耗寬度之影響。同時田口方法( Taguchi Method ),已廣泛的被應用 在不同的製造加工領域中,故本實驗透過田口方法,以瞭解不同氯化鈉濃度切削液與鑽削條 件,對鑽削 JIS SUS 304 不�袗�之相互影響為何。 實驗結果顯示, 在三種可控制鑽削因子中,對鑽削 JIS SUS 304 不�袗�鑽腹磨耗寬度影響 ,以不同氯化鈉濃度切削液鑽削因子影響程度最大。此外,三種不同氯化鈉濃度切削液,在 不同加工條件之下,以 1.28-wt.% 氯化鈉濃度切削液對鑽頭之刀具壽命結果最好。 |
英文摘要 | Stainless steels are used extensively to fabricate chemical and food processing equipment, as well as machinery parts requiring high corrosion resistance because they have high toughness. corrosion resistance, strength and ductility. At high temperatures. the extreme pressure (EP) activity of water soluble fluids containing sulfur. chlorine and phosphorous can improve lubrication and adhesion in machining, and promote tool life length. But considering safety. stability, price and available sources. this experiment adopted sodium chloride as the water-soluble solute. Moreover. the main object of this experiment was to investigate the various sodium chloride concentrated cutting fluids and drilling conditions on the flank width of twist drills in the drilling of JIS SUS 304. Taguchi methods have been used in the field of manufacturing. The interactions between the various sodium chloride concentrated cutting fluids and drilling conditions can be discovered with the help of Taguchi methods. The experimental results showed that the different sodium chloride concentrated cutting fluids are the most significant among three controllable factors affectig tool life. Furthermore, the 1.28-wt.% sodium chloride concentrated cutting fluids have the best properties among the different cutting fluids. |
