中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討因人為肥培管理不當致使土壤鹽化,導致土壤電導度逆境對土壤硝化作用之影響。選擇ECe 0.4 mS cm□,pH 6.2之大里系砂頁岩非石灰性老沖積土,和Ce 0.51ms cm□,pH4.3之大肚山紅壤做為供試土壤。分別添加不等濃度之硫酸鉀和氯化鉀,使土壤電導度分別達到4、8、16和24 mS cm-1,另以不加鉀鹽之土壤為對照,經30℃、4天預孵育(preiincubation)後,進行硝化作用之測定,以觀察電導度對其活性之影響。 試驗結果顯示,大里土壤之硝化作用因電導度昇高而受抑制,且抑制程度以氯化鉀大於硫酸鉀。氯化鉀處理在ECe 4 mS cm□時即有相當大程度之抑制作用產生,而當ECe≧8 mS cm□時更是幾乎完全抑制硝化作用。反之,硫酸鉀處理,在ECe 4 mS cm□時,其抑制程度尚不及氯化鉀處理之Ece4 mS cm□並且在ECe≧16 mS cm□時才幾近完全抑制硝化作用。對硝化作用之抑制,不僅涉及了鹽分和滲透逆境,同時還有陰離子之毒害影響。大肚山紅壤,則因土壤pH偏低(4.3)不利硝化作用進行,以致不易比較氯化鉀與硫酸鉀處理電導度對硝化作用之影響。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this report was to evaluate the stress effect of electrical conductivity (ECe) due to overdose fertilization on the nitrification in soils. Dali soil (ECe=0.4mS cm□ and pH 6.2), and Datushan red soil (ECe=0.5 mS cm□ and pH 4.3) were treated with K□SO□ and KCl separately to raise ECe to four different levels, i. e., 4, 8, 16 and 24 mS cm□, and than preincubated at 30℃ for 4 days. Nitrfication rates were measured immediately after preincubation. The results indicated that nitrification rate was inhibited more severely by KCl than K□SO□ in Dali soil. In the treatment of KCl, when ECe reach or beyond 8 mS cm□, the nitrification rate was almost completely inhibited. However, in the treatment of n K□SO□, the inhibition effect at ECe 8 mS cm□ on the nitrification was even worse than that at ECe 4 mS cm□ in the other treatment of KCl. Because of the low pH (4.3) of Datushan red soil, a comparative evaluation of KCl and K□SO□on the nitrification was not accessible. |
