| 中文摘要 | 為探討急性外因性雌激素對肥胖激素產生之影響,本研究以12名正常月經週期婦 女為主要研究對象。在月經週期卵泡期第5天時,給予直接靜脈注射20毫克之結合性雌激素 ,並同時定時的抽血測定血中雌二醇及肥胖激素之濃度變化。另外,10名有擷似條件之婦女 ,則給予靜脈注射生理食監水做為對照群。注射結合性雌激素後4小時,血中雌二醇即有意 義的(P<0.0001)急速上昇,達到注射前之72倍,且有意義的(P<0.05)持續至注射後72小 時。而血中肥胖激素於注射結合性雌激素後24小時.逐漸形成有意義的(P<0.05)上昇。並 於32小時達到高峰(P<0.001),有意義的(P<0.05)持續至48小時,然後慢慢下降。然而 ,對照群婦女之肥胖激素即無此上昇之反應。此研究結果顯示,於卵泡期時高濃度之雌激素 可刺激肥胖激素之增加。此現象證明雌激素可調節脂肪細胞產生肥胖激素之作用。 |
| 英文摘要 | To investigate the acute effect of exogenous ogen on the changes of leptin production, the timesequenceofchanges in plasma leptin concentration were determined foIlowingivadministration ofpremarin,aconjugated estrogen, during the follicular phase (days 5-9) in women (n=l2) with normal menstruation. Themean circulating estradiollevel abruptly(P<O,000l)increased from 4 h to a level of 72-fold from baseline and was still significantly (P<O.O5) elevated at 72h after injection of conjugated estrogen. The mean leptin level showed a significant (P<O.O5) gradual increase from 24 h (l0.8��1.Ong/mL) continuing on up toapeak at 32 h (ll.6�Μ.9 ng/mL); significantly (P<O.05) sustained to 48 h (I0.7��0.7ng/mL) and then slowly decreased at 56 h after injection ofpremarin, as compared with the preinjection level (7.8 ��0.7 ng/mL). However, there were nochanges ofleptin levels inwomen (n=l0) who received normal salineinjection. These data clearly suggest that a higher level of estrogen could stimulate the increase of plasma leptin concentration during thefollicular phase of normal cyclicwomen. This result provides evidence that supraphysiological level ofestrogen may acton the adipocyteto modulate leptin production through the endocrine mechanism. |
